Chat Modifier Fix

Firstly, this mod now restores the removed press shift to send to opposite chat type functionality. Additionally, the chat modifier will be switched back every time a key other than shift is pressed. Shift has to be the last key you pressed before pressing enter and you have to be holding shift while pressing enter in order for the chat modifier to be switched.
